Drive rollator front wheel is little lose and there wasn't any accidents or cause of it to be lose. What can I do to tighten the wheel and have it still be used.

No phone service to consumers of their products
I used my scooter 1 time, and recharged the battery. Scooter now will not turn on. Drive Medical does not take phone calls even though they offer a phone number for customers. Their phone message tells the customer to go to their website. This is problematic for those who need help immediately and/or do not have access to the internet (which would include a large number of seniors).

I purchased a Drive Phoenix HD 3 in November 2018. This scooter has stopped working and I have spent more than $300. trying to get it repaired. It will all of a sudden stop working and the technicians cannot determine what is causing the problem. I just want to get rid of this scooter.

Missing parts on my DRIVE rollator
I ordered a missing screw, part #31, for my Black HD Nitro Rollator on 10/8. I called Ocelco today 10/21 to check on the status. They said it was on backorder until 11/28. I need this rollator to move and function. What am I supposed to do for the 40 days? Please help.

I ordered a missing screw for my HD Nitro rollator on 10/8. Haven't received it yet. Just informed by Ocelco where I ordered the screw that it won't be in until after Thanksgiving. What am I supposed to do? I need this rollator to move.

Wheelchair with expandable seat
Wheelchair that was an expandable 16” to18” seat. The expanded 18 “ Velcro portion of the seat does not stay secured and the velcro section comes undone. It is a poor design. What can be done to keep the seat expanded to18 “?

I want to buy a power scooter and im torn between the scout or spitfire model. Its for a person that is missing one leg and the terrain in his neighborhood is not great. Please help me out here.

Product sucks
I purchased a gel overlay for my disabled sons bed through amazon, after having it 5 months the gel sunk in thr middle and all they will offer me is a replacement. Their product sucks and i dont want a replacement. Cant get the $94 back that i paid for it.

My rollator just a year and half old the welding broke. Life time warranty. Cannot talk to anyone in customer service. Order a new one and missing a screw cap on the back strap adjustment. Didn't notice an. It caused me to injure my arm. The money I spent has been hardest because I am on a limited income. Very unhappy Glenda Farmer

Drive scooters suck. So does their customer service.
They never returned phone calls and e-mails. e-mailed every body from the management to tech support to customer service. Nobody replied. I bought Drive DST 4 wheel scooter with 1 year In home service, advertised going 15 miles.
It never went more then 1.5 miles. Reported everybody in the company. Nobody replied. Also told them I fell down several times and got injured as the scooter loses control.
Told them to replace with a newly fully assembled scooter as I had paid previously to assemble it. Nobody answered. Nobody cared.
The scooter eventually stopped working and is sitting there. This is the service for the disabled.
Same thing happened to me. Bought with 100% parts and labor in home service warranty. Scooter did not work and nobody took care of it.
