Ebay - Worst Customer Service (warranty problem)
10243 clever lite rollator, I 'm a handicap problem with both knees and upper spine surgery, I need this to walk seat. I bought this on eBay brand new still original box. Excerising one wheel hit the expansion joint and right side frame broke inside the tube were the rivet is. I fell on top. Called Customer service gave several run around and said I was not the first owner then gave some email send pictures up to now no answer. If Dr. Letter for my handicap I'll provide one. For that the capacity is 300lbs and just a small gap on the cement it shouldn't fail with an 8in wheels. Worst part is the warranty just because it was both at eBay I think they don't want you to buy there. The unit is brand new so it should be good. Warranty is warany as long it is brand new, not salvage.
