PATIENT NAME MARIA MADRIZ BACK IN 2015 MEDICARE PAID FOR A HOPITAL BED 1/2 RAILS BUT MY MOTHER NEED IT A FULL ELECTRIC WHICH I PAID $400.00 DOLLARS FOR FULL ELECTRIC UPGRADE FOR DAY ONE THE BED WAS MAKING A NOICE LIKE AN OLD TRACTOR I CONTATED DIAMON TO COMPLAINT BED WAS DELIVERED ON 11/5/2015 SERIAL #4E1504002728 TECHINICIAN CAME OVER AND DELIVERED A NEW BED ON 11/16/2015 SERIAL #1S141223957B SAME PROBLEN CONTACTED DIAMOND ONE MORE TIME TECHNICIAN CAME AND TOLD ME THAT WAS GOING TO BE THE LAST BED THEY WILL CHANGE BECAUSE ALL THE BEDS MAKE THE SAME UGLY NOISE BED DELIVERED ON 12/02/2015 SERIAL #1S150525387 FINALLY THE BED BOTTOM BAR IS MAKING A NOICE LIKE IS GOING TO BREAK ANY TIME I CALL DIAMOND ONE MORE TIME TECHNICIAN CAME AND DISCOVERED THE BED HEAD PART BARS IS BENDED HE START ASKING IF SOMEONE IN MY HOME WAS SITTING AND THE BED I TOLD HIM MY MOTHER SHE IS A VERY PETITE 96 YEARS OLD THIS I S A FACTORY DEFEACT BUT DIAMOND WONT DO ANYTHING BUT SUGESTING TO BUY A NEW BED WHIC WILL BE 2 YEARS OLD IN 12/2/2017 I'M ASKING FOR YOUR HELP TO ACCEPT THIS SITUATION AND GIVE A NEW BED IS NOT FAIR FOR ME TO BUY A NEW BED KNOWING THAT IS IN FACT FACTORY DEFECT MY NAME MARIA DOERZAPF DAUTHER FOR MARIA MADRIZ ADDRESS 15951 PROMONTORY RD CHINO HILLS CALIFORNIA 91709 PHONE 909 597 9906 CELL 909 578 8698 WAITING ON YOU RESPOND THANK YOU
