I purchased a gel overlay for my disabled sons bed through amazon, after having it 5 months the gel sunk in thr middle and all they will offer me is a replacement. Their product sucks and i dont want a replacement. Cant get the $94 back that i paid for it.

We use the chair for my wife ocassionally and went on an uneven surface the front wheel and fork bent right over and she almost went head 1st on the pavement. Very unsafe. Called customer service and she said that part was a wear item and covered 60 days.... all i can say is wow. Way to take care of the diabled. Wont use the company again.
